Welcome to the Calm Way Daily. My name is Andrea Mai and today I'm going to share with you a reading from the Calm Way 365-day journey. Out of the weeds and sit down with a few minutes for yourself. See what arises as you listen to the reading for the day and let it unfurl, unfold within you. The calm way is a path, it's a practice, and we get out of these things as much as we put into them. Speaker 1:Day three when we call on a certain quality like calm, we get plenty of opportunities to experience all that. It is not. Is the notness a program of duality? Yes. Is it a game we play with ourselves? Yes, why do we believe there has to be a lesson? It can be a lesson if that's the way you like to see it. I choose to see it all as an experiment. Sure, it can feel like a school of life, lesson, blech. Or it can feel like you stepping into the river of knowing, which you already are. It can be homecoming. How do you frame your life experiences? Lesson, experiment, play something else. Reflect on that today and see what comes up for you.
